Jasmine Arguinzoni

Jasmine Arguinzoni, RN is the Vice President of Operations at Concerto Renal Services, where she oversees operations across 12 markets and plays a key role in the organization’s continued growth and expansion. She partners closely with regional leaders, interdisciplinary care teams, nephrologists, and skilled nursing facility partners to implement and sustain high-quality dialysis programs that improve access to care and enhance patient outcomes.

With more than 15 years of experience in dialysis, Jasmine has served in a variety of clinical and operational leadership roles. As a registered nurse, she is passionate about advancing quality, regulatory excellence, and patient-centered care while building strong, engaged teams. She is committed to empowering healthcare professionals, patients, and their families through education, collaboration, transparency, and compassionate support throughout the dialysis journey.

An active member of the Florida Renal Association, Jasmine is dedicated to advancing the field of nephrology through collaboration, innovation, and the sharing of best practices. She believes that strong partnerships among dialysis providers, nephrologists, skilled nursing facilities, and healthcare organizations are essential to delivering exceptional care to patients with kidney disease.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Jasmine enjoys coaching youth soccer and volleyball and participating in community service initiatives, reflecting her ongoing commitment to mentorship, leadership, and serving others both within and beyond healthcare.
