Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith, RN, has dedicated her entire 20-year healthcare career to nephrology. Starting as a Patient Care Technician in 2004, Ryans hands-on experience as an LPN, RN, and Home Therapies leader shaped her deep commitment to the frontline. Today, as a Senior Director of Clinical Services for DaVita, she supports clinical strategy and quality outcomes across Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.

Ryan is passionate about building environments where nurses feel empowered to lead and patients feel respected and engaged in their care. She is honored to serve on the Florida Renal Association Board of Directors and looks forward to working alongside fellow advocates to elevate the nephrology profession and improve patient lives across the state.
