Odie C. Pauley

Odie Pauley is a 25-year veteran of the dialysis industry, and lifelong resident of Florida.  He currently works at Emerald Coast Nephrology Group in Panama City as a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner. He has held many roles in the dialysis industry encompassing direct patient care, quality improvement, education, leadership, and now as a provider. A primary focus of his daily practice is to ensure all CKD and ESRD patients are empowered to personalize their healthcare journey to optimize quality of life.

Odie Pauley has been active with the FRA for the last several years by lending his voice during Kidney Day and providing annual education to Florida’s Medicaid Health Plans on renal replacement therapy choices.  He looks forward to having a more active role with the FRA and being a voice for the thousands of Floridians that battle kidney disease daily.
