Holly Pelton

Holly Pelton serves with the National Kidney Foundation of Florida (NKFF), focusing on kidney health awareness, advocacy, community outreach, and education initiatives supporting individuals living with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end stage renal disease (ESRD).

With over 12 years of experience in nephrology, Holly has developed strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinical teams, and community partners while supporting programs that promote early detection, education, and improved patient outcomes. She also serves on the NKFF Board of Directors, helping foster collaboration between leadership, healthcare partners, and the communities they serve.

Holly is passionate about advancing kidney care through education, partnerships, and advocacy efforts that improve awareness and support for patients and families affected by kidney disease across Florida.
