Codie Pauley brings over 25 years of experience in the dialysis industry, blending a deep clinical foundation with a passion for improving patient outcomes. He currently serves as a Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative for Fresenius Medical Care, partnering with providers to support evidence-based treatment strategies for individuals living with End Stage Renal Disease.

Prior to this role, Codie worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Emerald Coast Nephrology in Panama City, Florida. Over the course of his career, he has held a variety of roles across the dialysis continuum including direct patient care, quality improvement, clinical education, and operational leadership.

Drawing from this broad and unique background, Codie remains committed to ensuring patients are empowered with the knowledge and support they need to make informed decisions and pursue a health care journey that delivers the best possible quality of life.
